What I am already doing to live sustainably: We eat local foods, including those hunted and harvested ourselves. We support local businesses as much as possible. We live near our work and school, to minimize miles travelled by car. We believe in being outdoors, especially with our kids. I serve on several committees to promote sustainability, including the USU Sustainability Council. My work includes planning and designing a sustainable USU community.

Something new I am going to do to reduce my carbon footprint: Use reusable bags and containers more. Reduce waste, even if it is recyclable.

If I could save one wild place it would be: The old growth forests.

My scholastic interests: Bioregional Planning (sustainable community planning)

Some of my other interests:
Biking, volleyball, flyfishing, skiing, hiking, art and architecture, reading.
