Back when it was first built, the Science & Engineering Research (SER) building was the Science & Engineering Energy Research (SEER) building. It had some built in facilities for various passive and active energy management. But that never turned into any active research program and many of the design features have been removed or covered over. I wonder if there's any opportunity to put any of that building back to it's original intended use?
